  What happens if legitimate email is blocked?

No worries, any email flagged as potential spam is placed in quarantine for 28 days. The OTG Group provides a website interface that will give the end user the ability to review any quarantined emails and mark the sender as safe. This will prevent false captures from this particular sender in the future.

Users can even configure their own personal passlist that designates certain emails address as “Good”.
